• Be mindful of parking:
  Observe all parking signs, avoid blocking driveways, and do not park on newly seeded lawns. If there are no signs, please park respectfully and be considerate of neighboring properties.

• Entering each home:
  Some homes may require that you remove your shoes—shoe covers may be provided for your convenience. Please carry your shoes in the provided bags and avoid wearing shoe covers outside before entering.

• Bathrooms:
  Restroom facilities are not available inside the tour homes—please plan accordingly.

​

• Respect the space:
  Many homes are already sold and represent someone’s future residence.
  Please treat all furnishings and personal items with care—do not sit on or touch furniture, and refrain from walking on landscaped areas.

• Keep it clean:
  No smoking, food, or beverages are allowed inside any home. And while we love pets, no animals are permitted on the tour.
