GROUP DISCOUNT PACKAGE FOR COMMERCIAL  AUTO AND WORKER'S COMP

The program offers a 10% Group Discounts for Commercial Package (General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine), Commercial Auto, and Workers Compensation Insurance to all HBAWMI members that qualify for underwriting eligibility.

Q: Who Qualifies?

All members of HBAWMI, subject to underwriting eligibility, are eligible to receive the 10% Group Discounts for Commercial Package (General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine), Commercial Auto, and Workers Compensation Insurance.  Underwriting takes the following business attributes into consideration when determining eligibility: Character, Operations, Inherent Risk Exposures, Safety and Loss History.

RETROSPECTIVE SAFETY CREDIT FOR WORKER'S COMP

Members that specifically support the home building industry may qualify for the Workers Compensation Retrospective Group Safety Credit. 

Calculation is based off of the HBAWMI Group: 

• Previous calendar year loss experience

• Total program earned premium vs total program paid losses = Group Loss Ratio

• Loss Ratio offers a percentage of total earned premium during to individual member         

Safety Credit is Paid to the MEMBER and is weighted based on total earned premium during the experience period

2. Must meet normal underwriting eligibility

3. If class of business not listed below subject to company approval
